He can't be a true Philadelphian - where's the side of surly with that "customer service"?
Also, he has the same "accent" as Shmoo did with the more/want sign. (One finger into the other palm - or is that the way you taught him?) It will be interesting for us to see what Roo does with the "more" sign. Right now she just flaps her arms around.
