When she was 7 years old I rented "Clash of the Titans" for her to watch, cuz I remembered there was a cute mechanical owl, and flying horses in it. I forgot about evil swamp man and Medusa with the glowing eyes and snakes in her hair. Poor kid had nightmares for a while after that one. Zach's been terrified of Bear (from Bear in the Big Blue House) since he was tiny. He would literally scream and cry when Bear came on the tv. No Idea Why. He's gotten over the screaming and crying, but will still ask to have the channel changed if so much as a commerical comes on with Bear on it, and tell me, "I don't like that Bear."<BR/><BR/>I wondered if I should try to diffuse his fear by watching some of it with him, and reassuring him, and all that, but it didn't come anywhere close to working. We just had to wait it out.amandakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00680746839029300448noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10921896.post-1143149721884346532006-03-23T16:35:00.000-05:002006-03-23T16:35:00.000-05:00Was the Man on video or live tv? If video/DVD/DVR next time Noah brings him up ask him if he wants to watch it with you - maybe if he's moved beyond the fright he will tell you yes. If he freaks then my guess is the EVIL MAN SHOULD BURN!OMHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09316600458810320044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10921896.post-1143141995505679212006-03-23T14:26:00.000-05:002006-03-23T14:26:00.000-05:00I can vouch that it's all true - the man in the ho...I can vouch that it's all true - the man in the house stalks Noah's memory all day, every day; Dipsy hates that fucking butterfly; and Nicole laughs at Dipsy's dismay.Marksthespothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18190776991879492445noreply@blogger.com
